STEP ONE: Sight Classification

To determine your eligibility and accurate classification for Blind Golf NSW, please download and complete the IBGA Sight Classification Form here.

This form is to be completed by your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.

Please then return this form via email to the Secretary of Blind Golf Australia.

STEP TWO: Register with Blind Golf Association in your State below.
